Privacy notice

Effective 21 September 2026. This notice describes the current private MARKORPS workspace operated by Vecorps.

Data we process

MARKORPS stores operator authentication and session information; authorized account identifiers and encrypted access credentials; drafts, media, calendar entries, imported Metricool history and available analytics; and activity records needed to operate the workspace. X searches, mentions and messages are retrieved when the corresponding functions are used.

Purpose and services

Data is used to authenticate the operator, organize content and perform supported, authorized social account actions. Vercel hosts the application and Supabase stores application data and media. When the operator requests an AI suggestion, the relevant content and context are sent to OpenAI. Connected networks receive the information required for the requested action. MARKORPS does not sell personal data or use social data to train its own models.

Access and storage

The workspace is restricted to its authorized operator. Access credentials and sessions are encrypted in storage. A necessary session cookie maintains login; it is not an advertising cookie. Media and records are retained until removed or the workspace is retired. Removing an item from active storage does not necessarily erase service backups immediately; applicable provider retention applies.

Your choices

You can revoke MARKORPS access in a connected network's application settings. Revocation prevents future authorized access but does not automatically erase imported records. For deletion or questions, contact marketing@vecorps.com. See data deletion instructions.
